Recent Rides

  • June 16, 2018 we had a memorial benefits ride for Tim Tuttle. We had kickstands up @ 11:00 AM. 17 motorcycle’s and 3 vehicles which included a van. 42 people joined us in this 160 miles ride. We rode to Post 33 in Fort Wayne, shared some good moments and a nice cold drink. Then off to Brandt’s Harley Davidson in Marion for an extended stay enjoying some pulled pork sandwich’s and listening to a live band. Some bought some HD items 😀. Weather was getting pretty hot at this hour while we rode the Post 23 and stayed about 40 minutes. Of course had some friendly AMVETS talk teasing each other, cause some where in AC staying cool. Not to mention no names but their initials are ( Randy, Robert and the Brat). 🤣. From there we went back to Post 12 and eat a wonderful meal prepared from our very own Post 12 Ladies Auxiliary. Chicken and noodles, mashed potatoes, roll and different deserts. Of course plenty of ice cold drinks. AMVETS Riders were thanked for all they have done for the Tuttle family and with always enjoy each AMVETS post they go to.
